Calling Kent’s creative companies
The prestigious KEiBA – Kent Excellence in Business Awards return once again.
The awards scheme is staged and produced by Kent County Council and the KM Group to recognise and reward excellence in Kent’s businesses. Finalists from all the categories will be invited to the awards ceremony, which will take on July 1st 2010 at Historic Dockyards, Chatham.
This year the Kent Film Office will once again be sponsoring the Best Business from the Creative Industries category. The category is designed for any organisation irrespective of size operating in the Kent Creative Industries sector: this includes new media, marketing and PR, advertising and design, TV and film production, print design or commercial photography (commissioned for use in business). The organisation must demonstrate outstanding performance in a number of aspects, including positive feedback from clients, strategic plans for growth and commitment to raising Kent’s profile as a creative county. Entrants must have been trading for more than one year as of 1st January 2010.
If this sounds like your business, please enter by 5pm on March 19th 2010. Because the awards attract extensive media coverage, this is a fantastic opportunity for any business to raise its profile, enhance its reputation and promote it’s achievements during the last year. This award will help any business stand out from the crowd and undoubtedly attract new business.
Last year’s winners, Courtyard Studios (pictured), have continued to expand their business and this year have completed their first feature film ‘The Calling; from award winning director Jan Dunn.
