In the final episode of the series, TV chef Heston Blumenthal tackles the ultimate Christmas dinner and attempts to make Britain’s biggest Christmas pudding.

Heston explores whether the magic of Christmas has been lost for adults and looks at how a ‘real Christmas’ should be done, as well as exploring previous Christmas traditions. He also creates a supersized festive food adventure for a group that usually a have to work on Christmas Day.

Taking inspiration from the Victorian’s love for Christmas pudding, where better to shoot the reveal of the Christmas pudding than Victorian themed visitor attraction Dickens World in Chatham?

The Dickens World episode of Heston’s Fantastical Food will be shown on Wednesday 19th December 2012 at 21:00 on Channel 4.
