Hurts is the newest single and music video from Emeli Sande taken from her second album ‘Long Live the Angels’.

The Scottish singer’s debut album Our Version of Events, was the biggest selling album of 2012 and the second best selling of 2013 and Emeli has to date two Number 1 singles, 11 Top 10’s and 15 Top 40 singles.

The white cliffs at Botany Bay were used as a backdrop for the video as well as the sandy bay and the ocean. A vulture was also used from The Hawking Centre in Doddington.

Botany Bay is a sandy bay that offers views of chalk stalks and the sea whilst being set against white cliffs. Previously filmed here were Humans (2016), The Tunnel: Sabotage (2016) and D-Day: The Last Heroes (2013) among others.
